The Company
Import from India is so much easier with EIF [Expressions (India) Fashions Pvt. Ltd.] located
just 10 minutes drive from Delhi International Airport. Our spirited
team takes the complete process of designing, production, quality
control, shipping and finding new suppliers for the importers of
apparels, home furnishings, and accessories from India.
EIF is
headed by Mr. Bhupesh Makkar (Managing Director) who has an experience
of running a successful garment factory for 20 years (from 1986 to
2006). Mrs. Prieyaa Makkar (Director) is engaged in designing women's
year since 1989. Mr. Pankaj Verma takes care of production and sourcing
of fabrics for the last 15 years. Mr. Vipul Verma is looking after
sampling, production, and sourcing for the last 12 years with EIF.
We
have a dedicated and experienced team of quality controllers, pattern
masters, coordinators and sampling staff who are constantly looking for
highest quality and innovation of latest developments and designing of
readymade garments.
The Buying House
Our
own sampling department helps in identifying the selection of
appropriate styling and fabric sources. The preliminary screening,
inspection, testing, forwarding, feedback and updating samples is done
regularly for the buyers as per their requirement.
Besides airport pickup, arranging boarding, and visits to suppliers,
EIF also has unique services available for the buyers which includes Buying
House for Kitchen ware & cutlery etc. In these categories we will
also entertain the Exporters of these products from India.
Our Focus Is:
- Constantly sourcing new suppliers
- Follow-up sample specifications and deliveries on time
- Facilitate the process of order placement between buyers and suppliers
- Reporting the stages of production process, quality control, test reports, compliance, etc.
- Strict
follow up of delivery dates in case the supplier seems to default. we
can make sure the buyer gets the supplies from any other possible
source if condition permits
- The status and progress of shipments by the shipping agent until merchandise reaches the final destination
- Settlement of claims, disputes between buyer and supplier for the certainty of long term relations between them.

Sourcing Suppliers
We
can help you find the right partners and suppliers from all over India.
EIF has its own permanent Showroom No. 220 in the Apparel Mart by AEPC
(Govt. of India) where every January and July 300 to 400 suppliers
exhibit their products from all over the country.
Apparel
Exports Promotion Council Mart is just 15 minutes drive from New Delhi
International Airport where you can visit 1500 leading garment
exporters' factories in a radius of 15 km.
EIF's facilities are very near to the mart which make us more mobile and convenient to find new suppliers.
Guest House
EIF
also has special services available for the buyers in case they prefer
to stay in our own guest house which has all the modern facilities with
a home like atmosphere with safety and security for the buyer, if the
buyer wishes to avoid public places.
EIF can utilise its own
premises at short notice for the production of Women's Apparels. We
have approx 200 machines fully functional with complete finishing unit.
EIF has many years of experience of manufacturing garments and
delivering impeccable and trusted quality to many customers in Europe,
North America and Far East.
On special request, we can use our
own warehouse facilities for 100% inspection, re-packing, and ready for
showroom for every single unit of garment to avoid all quality problems.
Principles & Role
Our
team has the top priority to make sure the suppliers are following all
the compliance, especially Environmental Protection. We don't employ
child labor and are involved in social responsibilities.
The relation between buyers and suppliers keep growing stronger and long term & supply chain improves constantly.
